Fully Managed Support

ReminderDental offers a fully managed service to keep the connector running. Install the following tool (Remote Utilities) which allows ReminderDental remote access to restart the connector, review performance and error logs to keep things running smoothly.
Download and run : Remote Utilities. During installation it will ask for you to identify yourself, please enter your office name. If you have multiple offices, please also include location info.

Connector for a software not listed?

ReminderDental is actively seeking partners in creating additional connectors.

Creating a connector involves a carefull alignment of data from each system into a standardized format. Because different offices have the flexibility to store information in different ways, ideally we would work with 2 or more offices for each system.

Benefits of partnering include perpetual free access to all ReminderDental services. Some software companies charge a nominal connection fee (~$30/month) per office. In that case ReminderDental will cover the first year after which we would ask you to cover the cost. There will never be a markup for our services, only what is charged to us by your software vendor.
